Apps and Fun Publisher

Privacy policy

What information the tool uses, why it needs it and how you can control its access.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Who operates the application

Apps and Fun Publisher is a private Apps and Fun tool operated by the owner of its YouTube channels and authorized collaborators. This policy covers the application and this information website. For support and privacy questions, contact info@appsandfun.com.

What data it uses

The application uses YouTube API Services. With the account holder's authorization, it may access the channel identifier, name, description and settings; video identifiers, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, visibility and basic statistics; and playlists and their items.

It also processes videos, images and metadata supplied by the operator for uploads or updates, together with the required OAuth permissions. The data available depends on the permissions granted. The application does not request or store the user's Google password.

How data is used

Data is used to identify the destination channel, view and organize its content, upload selected files, and change metadata, thumbnails and playlists as instructed by the authorized operator. It is not used for personalized advertising, selling data or training artificial intelligence models.

Access to and use of Google data is limited to authorized features and the Google API Services Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

OAuth permissions are stored in the operator's Windows credential store through AgentSecrets and supplied to the tool's process when needed. Working files, upload records and metadata copies used to review changes are stored on the operator's working computers. This public website does not receive or store those permissions or files.

Access is restricted to the owner and collaborators authorized by the owner to manage the channel. Data needed to carry out requested operations is sent to Google and YouTube. Data is not sold or provided to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Google explains its handling of data it receives in the Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Permissions are retained while needed for an authorized connection. Retained API data must be reviewed and refreshed or deleted within 30 days, as applicable. Original files and text supplied by the owner are part of the owner's working materials and are kept according to their instructions.

To request disconnection and deletion of application data, write to the contact address below and identify the channel without sending passwords or tokens. The operator will verify the request, revoke the relevant permission and delete associated data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days of a verified request. This is handled by the operator, not automatically by this website. Deleting local tool data does not delete videos already on YouTube.

Revoking access

You can withdraw authorization through your Google Account connections or the Google permissions page by selecting this application and removing its access. The application will then be unable to use that permission to view or manage the channel.

Revoking access on Google and deleting local copies are separate operations. Tell the operator when you revoke access so associated copies can be removed promptly. The operator must check authorization validity at least every 30 days and remove API data when the authorization is no longer valid.

Visits and language preference

This static website does not include forms, advertising, first-party analytics, third-party players or tracking cookies added by the application. It uses your browser's preferred languages to choose English or Spanish. If you choose a language using the selector, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so later visits can use it. It is not sent to the application operator.

Cloudflare provides hosting and may process technical request data, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website under its privacy policy. Channel credentials and content are not published on this website.

Contact and changes

For questions, complaints, access, correction or deletion requests relating to the tool, contact info@appsandfun.com.

Updates will be published on this page with their revision date. If purposes or data use are expanded, users must be informed and the appropriate authorization obtained before those changes apply. See also the terms of use and the YouTube Terms of Service.
