Apps and Fun Publisher
Terms of use
The terms for using our private publishing and channel management tool.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Purpose and access
Apps and Fun Publisher is a private Apps and Fun tool for managing its own YouTube channels and channels with express authorization. Use is limited to the owner and operators authorized by the owner. This website provides information about the application and does not offer public registration.
Applicable terms
Before using the tool, the operator must have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy. By using the application, the operator also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The application uses YouTube API Services and must comply with their policies and each account's granted permissions.
Authorization and actions
Connections use OAuth on Google's pages. Each channel requires its own authorization. The owner retains control of instructions and submitted content. Before making changes, the operator must check the channel, files, metadata and chosen visibility. The tool can view content, upload videos, update information and organize playlists according to available permissions.
Visibility is specified when an upload is prepared; the workflow defaults to private. Uploading a video and making it public are separate decisions. Google authorization does not by itself constitute an instruction to publish content.
Operator responsibilities
The operator must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded files and comply with YouTube policies and applicable law. The operator must protect credentials, avoid sharing permissions with unauthorized people, and keep each channel's data and permissions separate.
The tool must not be used to access channels without permission, bypass quotas or restrictions, submit abusive content or infringe third-party rights.
Availability and changes
The tool depends on Google, YouTube, Internet connectivity and the operator's computers. Availability and features may change because of platform APIs, quotas, permissions or policies. Uninterrupted availability and specific publication times are not guaranteed.
The application is independent of Google and YouTube. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement of this tool.
Disconnection and data
The owner can stop using the tool and revoke Google access at any time. The privacy policy explains how to request deletion of local data. Disconnecting the application does not by itself delete videos or playlists created on YouTube.
